2. **Improved Customer Engagement: **
   
   Social media provides small companies a great chance to engage with their consumers and create a solid relationship. This can assist them in growing their brand, increasing exposure, and attracting more prospective consumers. Small companies must connect with their target audience on a frequent and relevant basis in order to build a loyal client base. This might involve things like producing engaging and relevant information, replying to comments and messages quickly, and offering good customer service.
   
   According to a Sprout Social survey, 83% of customers believe it is critical for businesses to respond to their social media comments. Furthermore, 68% of individuals polled stated they made a purchase after viewing a brand's post, illustrating the tremendous influence social media has on sales. As a result, for small businesses to be successful and increase sales, it is critical to prioritise customer involvement on social media platforms in order to establish strong client loyalty.
3. Cost Effective Marketing:
   
   Conventional marketing methods, such as television, radio, and print advertising, can be expensive and may not reach a specified target group. According to Hootsuite data, the average cost per click (CPC) for targeted Facebook adverts is $1.72, while the average CPC for targeted Google Adwords is $2.69. This enables small businesses to leverage social media advertising to construct tailored campaigns that reach their target demographic for a fraction of the cost.

   Small businesses may utilise social media platforms to access valuable customer insights that can be used to inform their marketing efforts. Examples include using analytics to track engagement rates, reach, demographics, and other key data points to better understand their target audience.
